I dropped by Carppaico’s Monday for lunch to see if the rumors were true. Yes, Carpaicco is open for business. The lunch menu looks to be the same. The Steak Panini was as good as I remembered. There was plenty of staff on hand. Business hours are 7am to 10pm. They will be serving breakfast, although I didn’t see what was on the menu. The credit card machine was not working today that is why you’ll see the cash only sign on the door.
