Oakley’s Citizen Satisfaction Survey


It’s that time again! Every two years the City of Oakley reaches out to the public and ask that they weigh in through the Citizen Satisfaction Survey. Five hundred (500) Oakley residents subscribed for garbage service were selected at random to receive the survey regarding various aspects of City operations. The survey questions remained unchanged as previous years for comparison purposes; however, the cover letter did explain the reason for the questions relating to the perception of immigrants which, as you know, were required by our grant funders. Residents that were not a part of the random sample will be able to participate via a duplicate online survey. We will also invite the public to participate via the Oakley Outreach’s next issue. This will maximize feedback, while also preserving the integrity of the process.

In addition to the broader Citizen Satisfaction Survey, we’ll also enclose a shorter one‐page survey relating to the Youth Master Plan update. Folks will start receiving the surveys early next week and are being asked to return them by Friday, February 7th.
