In response to the growing number of records requests each year, the City of Oakley has implemented an enterprise content management system, ImageSilo, for the public to access public records online. Public records available on the City’s website include ordinances, resolutions, meeting minutes, meeting agendas, staff reports, recorded documents and agreements. Providing documents online allows public access to information anytime and eliminates waste of natural resources and costs of paper copies.
On the city website, select Departments, click City Clerk from the pull down. Then to your right on the option “Search Tips for Online Public Records.” When you’re ready to use the product select the “Search for Public Records” option.
