Clipper Card available on Tri Delta – November 01, 2015


clipperThe Clipper card is a reloadable contactless smart card used for electronic transit fare payment in the San Francisco Bay Area. First introduced in 2002 the program has been slowly introduced across transit agencies throughout the Bay Area and is now be available on Tri Delta. So, with a single card you’ll be able to pay your fare on Tri Delta, hop on BART through the tube into the city and jump on MUNI.

Starting November 1 tri delta

  • Clipper will be accepted on all Tri Delta Transit fixed route buses.
  • The 24-hour pass will be replaced with a Day Pass (expires at 2:59am after validation)
  • The price will change for a Day Pass – $3.75 adult and $1.75 Senior/Disabled
