Building a Better BART

all lanes11

Over the past year, BART has held over 200 community meetings talking with folks across the Bay Area about our plan to build a better BART, which will keep cars off the road and ensure safe and reliable service.

We now have a new website that is a one stop resource for information: http://www.bart.gov/betterbart.

It explains where we’ve been and where we need to go, laying out our plan to rebuild our aging system.

Learn how you can get involved, by asking us live questions on Twitter or requesting a presentation with a BART representative.

You’re among the first to preview this website – and we encourage you to share it with friends and family who have questions about BART. Our plan is available in multiple languages, so please spread it far and wide so that everyone can get an opportunity to see how we will protect your investment in the Bay Area’s future.

We look forward to answering your questions, and appreciate your continued involvement.

Cheers, The Better BART Team
