Project Homeless Connect (PHC) is a one-day, one-stop marketplace that provides immediate healthcare, social services and housing resources to persons
experiencing homelessness. This year, Project Homeless Connect 11 will be held on Thursday, October 13th at the Antioch County Fairgrounds from 9am to 3pm
and is expected to provide healthcare, benefits enrollment, state identification cards, school enrollment, haircuts, and emergency housing to 1000 homeless
individuals and families in the community.
Project Homeless Connect goals are to 1) improve access to services and housing for homeless adults, youth, and families, 2) improve the homeless system of
care through collaboration and the sharing of best practices; and 3) increase awareness and secure community involvement, commitment, and investment in
ending homelessness. To meet these goals, the County Homeless Program partners with service providers, businesses and the community to carry out the work
that enables hundreds of individuals receive the services they needs to help end their homelessness.
