Oakley Harvest Festival – October 15, 2016 12noon – 4pm

Join us for this family-friendly event with lots of fun, seasonal activities. Admission and parking is FREE. Children, adults and even our canine friends are invited to come in costume and walk in one of the 2 parades thru the park. Participants will each get a goody bag at the end of the parade. Guests are encouraged to decorate a pumpkin at home and bring it to enter in the “Pumpkin decorating contest”.

The Harvest Festival takes place at Civic Center Plaza, 3231 Main Street, Oakley from 12noon – 4pm. More than 30 vendors will be on hand to sell their wares and share their message. The children’s zone will include bounce houses, slides, arts & crafts and more.

The schedule of activities includes:

1:00 Canine costume parade

2:00 Children’s and adult costume parade

3:00 Pie eating contest – space is limited and sign-ups are taken on a first come, first serve basis at the event.

3:15 Pumpkin decorating contest – judging
