Oakley Seeks Input Regarding Planned Entrepreneur Incubator

The City of Oakley owns the building located at 3330 Main Street, across the street from City Hall. The City is looking to build a small business incubator, potentially known at the Oakley Entrepreneur Center, in this space. The center would be located on the second floor of the building, which is approximately 2400 square feet. The Entrepreneur Center would be built to serve the needs of Oakley’s small business community.

The City is currently envisioning the space to include:

  • Individual offices
  • Large & small conference rooms
  • C-working space

The City is seeking input from the small and home‐based business community through a survey that is being mailed out and that is available online. The survey is designed to help Economic Development better understand the demand for the proposed incubator as well as the layout of the space. The survey can be completed online from the Economic Development webpage of the City of Oakley website. In addition, the survey can be either mailed back to the City, or dropped off at City Hall.
