Need to report a problem to the City? You can do so via our website or an app. It’s easy and you don’t have to worry if you can’t determine the topic or issue, just report it and we’ll figure out where to assign the case (Public Works, Code Enforcement, Police Department etc.) If you include contact information, we’ll provide you a definitive answer to you concern or question.
Available on the City’s website is an interactive resident information guide called, Oakley OnDemand, now accessible under the “Report a Concern” tab. Through this tab you can report an issue, ask a question, or make a complaint or compliment. It’s extremely user-friendly and will provide you with a case tracking number and date for follow up.
Got a smart phone? Then try our app available for iPhones or Android devices. Find it in the app store as GoRequest My Town. Once installed set your location to Oakley. Through this tool you can take a picture and submit your concern right on the spot. It uses your location to inform us just where the violation exists. The whole process takes less than a minute and you’ll be provided an “Issue Number” and email acknowledgement of your submission. The app is free.
