Oakley Dog Park Construction Update

The anticipated Koda Dog Park is starting to take shape with the commencement of Phase 2. The walkways through the park are being set and fencing for the designated play areas and landscaping are soon to follow. The Park will have designated areas for large dogs, small dogs, and for agility training. The added amenities to this project such as the prefabricated restroom and the shaded group picnic area, similar to Creekside Park, will be installed to benefit users of the existing Nunn-Wilson Family Park and future visitors of Koda Dog Park. Phase 1 of the project which installed the restroom and parking lot is nearly complete, all that remains is an electrical connection that will provide power to the area. We are expecting to open the park sometime this spring for all users, especially for all dogs and pet owners in our community.
