Summer Programs For All Ages at the Library

Adventure awaits you at the Oakley Library with Contra Costa County Library’s Summer Reading Program. This year’s theme is “Reading Takes You Everywhere,”now through August 4th. Readers of all ages can participate online or use a paper reading record.

Programs and events start on Tuesday, June 12th at the Oakley Library and run through Tuesday, July 17th

“We love summers at the Oakley Library,” said Andrea Freyler, who manages the Oakley Community Library, which shares a space with Freedom High School. “When the high school is on break, we have the space to offer robust programming regularly found at other libraries.”
